CARE is an acronym that stands for Clients Are Reason to Excel!  That's an acronym that Rich and Janie live up to each and every day.

Rich and Janie have been serving the real estate needs of southern Illinois for over 7 years.  With a career background in marketing newspaper products, Rich brings a briefcase of customer service professionalism and marketing skills that have proven to be "second to none" in the marketplace.  Janie's background as an office manager have prepared her for the multi-task operation that is this business called real estate!

Both Rich and Janie know the way to handle the complex nature of this business and have proven time and time again that the customer is #1 from beginning to end.  It's that philosophy that allows them to be recognized yearly by the corporation for extraordinary production and have been recognized time and again with Outstanding Quality Service accolades at the annual awards banquet.

In addition to providing the southern Illinois market with real estate assistance, Rich and Janie have also raised 3 children - Chad currently in the Navy, Megan and Grant.  Together they've come to love their home and the region we call "Little Egypt."
